This weekend we went camping up Logan canyon with our children and grandchildren. We missed Michelle, Dan, and Jacob. Dan's high school reunion was this weekend. Our camping spot was great. Candice arranged it, thanks Candice. It was a group site with lots of tables, a nice tent area and our own bathroom. The kids loved exploring around because there were lots of streams and hills but all pretty much contained so it was safe. We ate good and enjoyed one another's company. After dark the kids almost caught a snipe with help from Grandpa. Candice got into the act and fell over backwards on a rock and almost knocked herself out. She said she saw a bright light - she was about to go towards it when she realized it was all the kids shining flashlights in her face! Mike entertained us with his guitar around the campfire. We had S'mores and they were yummy. The next morning, Saturday, we all drove to Bear Lake and played in the lake and rode Mike's ATV's all over on trails. As usual, Mike was generous with his toys! It was a lot of fun. Everyone chipped in and a good time was had by all. Check out the other blogs for more pictures of our trip.

Sounds like you guys are all doing well. Everyone looks great in the pics. I believe that we might live pretty close to you guys. We are in South Weber...which is sandwiched in between ogden and layton right at the mouth of morgan canyon. Where is the veader clan at?

I saw your hair in some other pictures! Wow! I think I am going to go get my hair cut today. What kind of hair style will you have after it is done growing out? Oh and I am having Braxton Hicks contractions. Not the real thing yet!
